To re-iterate Stox' comments...the $4 PPS is a loose requirement, NOT cast in stone and, given the loss of nearly 700 companies from its base, NASDAQ would surely entertain the thoughts of a listing/uplisting from SPNG, especially in light of the enormous growth...year-over-year, quarter-over-quarter, month-over-month, and on and on.
I do not believe we will see a R/S as the perception alone of a typical R/S would provide enough potential negativity that SPNG mgmt will go to all lenghts to avoid it.
Two things Stox mentions that I am on the fence about...1) I am not certain a stock dividend would force covering of all NSS positions, although there may be a way to make the covering necessary via the dividend route, and 2) I am not sure I completely agree with a share structure update prior to the 10K. The 10K is only a little over a week away, and will contain updated share structure figures.
IMO - we proceed business as usual until the 10K, then let the resulting napalm from the big bomb force cannibalism between the shorts.
But, as always Stox, great post...far better than I could ever attempt.
