It is funny how excited we get over "old news", but this is yet another piece of the puzzle that fits into place... and the picture is beginning to look very good imo.

Mordicai, rugby, and Jerle very smartly connected this situation to the runs of the commons and prefs beginning around March. A confidentiality agreement during ongoing negotiations would prevent a major run - until either an agreement is made public or such negotiations fail... will JPMC/FDIC show us the money this time around?
