Gator - I'm merely speculating here...keep that in mind. I have no information other than that I was told to check out the 8k filing for EVLN.

I suspect that getting government grants may be more attainable for EVLN due to it's share structure and price. I also believe Dennis will eventually somehow tie the two companies together.

The following is a post I put out on the day the PR related to uplisting EVFL was put out (Jul 22). In reality, I don't think this can be effective with a straight share exchange or dividend. I believe a reverse merger may be in the cards. I thought EVLN was trying to get some financing based upon a previous 8k. Could it be possible that EVLN has been buying a bunch of EVFL shares at $.0001.

I'm thinking maybe 1. EVFL winds up having EVLN merge into our company with a reduced A/S count and an announcement of new truck stops and plants to supply the fuel. This would take care of the share price on it's own - or - 2. EVLN will acquire EVFL. We would get a reduced share count for our current shares in order to maintain the PPS over a $1.00.

However, I could be completely wrong on both speculations.

I think you all are missing a big possibility here...DM issued dividends in EVLN correct?

There is talk of another dividend to be paid to EVFL shareholders....maybe with EVLN shares????

Could it be that we do a reverse merger of EVFL into EVLN? DM retires our existing EVFL shares since we would have been rewarded with a fair exchange of EVLN.

Then if EVLN holds its share price....????

Who wouldn't want to jump our price from $.0001 to $6.50 for a straight up share exchange?

Not saying it'll happen, but just speculating.
