#23860 RE: AKFish #23856

AKFish, thanks and more.................

When we look at what Virtra recorded in the 10Q with that 5M share purchase and subsequent payment to Dutchess, it was cool to see the transaction ADDED over $30,000 to Shareholder Equity! Not often a company makes a payment and pockets cash on the deal, lol. Fact is, that was the only payment recorded as doing such in the 10Q....

But really, the quarterly was littered with unique events which caught/defied the general read.

Sure it's easy to see the paydowns on the liability-side and say "This is significant!"

Because everybody understands the sign of recovery/health this represents and the importance of lessening the debt burden during this economic climate.

But what about the "other-side" of the equation?

The GROWTH SIDE.

Are we honestly casting a critical eye to Capital Goods, at the funds poured into tangible/intangible assets that provide the infrastructure for future expansion?

Me? Just started last night...lol.

So, what's the skinny?

For all of 2008, Virtra spent on Capital goods:

under $48,000

(not refering here to R&D which VTSI expensed during first three quarters 2008.)
--------------------------

For 2009 2nd quarter alone, Virtra spent on Capital goods:

$97,000 or more than double all of 2008.

If you add the $33,000 from Q1 2009 that's 2.7 Times all 2008.

These transactions were covered by the cash flow for each respective quarter. No financing recorded.

Same for Capitalized Development Costs (video production) of $127,522.

So, for six months of 2009, Virtra spent

better than:
--------------------------------
1/4 million on Capital Goods/Development

out of approx.:

2 million Revenue

OR

1/2 million Net Income
--------------------------------

AKFish, am no expert on corporate growth, but i like what Virtra has done with it's assets in the past. And have got to imagine, based on the strength of ratios we can draw from the general figures above, Virtra appears to have
recently structured itself for strong sales expansive going forward.

Sure seems they are not shy to invest in themselves, and that's why we are here!

Anyway, this is all a personal take on this. Have been wrong in the past....and right a few...lol.

Peace, brother.
