NEPH has a ridiculously low float. Much, much lower than BIEL's. BIEL may eventually achieve a pretty high pps, but it's doubtful that it'll get to that point anywhere nearly as quickly as NEPH. The current share structure is simply too big for that to happen, in my opinion.
