As an investor, I would expect the comapny to let the public know about this. It is a material fact. However I am unsure of the timing and the form that such an announcement would be in.

Ramsey - That part is no longer open to interpretation as it used to be.

Effective August 23, 2004, the SEC added eight new disclosure items which will trigger an 8-K filing including:

-notice of the listing or failure to satisfy a continued listing rule or standard;

The filing requirement is within 4 days of the notification of the event taking place.
