we all know these are lotto plays....the fact remains they should be lottos because the company is struggling to make it because it's in it's infancy stage. Or it's a new idea that needs to catch on....not because the CEO is crooked and dumps shares to line his pockets. If he is making a legit effort and fails...a shareholder can accept that...if he is using this as his own personal ATM machine...then the shareholder feels like their money was stolen. If you buy a lotto ticket and lose...you chalk it up to no luck. If you buy a lotto ticket and find out the drawing was rigged...that's a whole different ballgame, and suddenly you have blood in your eyes! imo
