Well, that is a pretty good post...
except it will not drive them out of business,
the taser will be around for years to come.....

Back in the early 80's, when the Japanese first started really kicking their butts the execs at Ford got all freaked out, except for Henry Ford II. "Bigger Cars, Bigger Profits" was his mantra, and he stuck to it even as his company was sinking into the muck..... Taser kind of reminds of of old Henry. They know they are becoming outmoded, and desperately trying to avoid that reality. They'll still be around, but no longer the 'big dog'.
