I relate it to the day that UHF-VHF tuners for Televisions became worthless and obsolete overnight because of digital cable-ready tuners.

Taser technology is antiquated. It will be replaced....just like the VCR and the Walkman. No need for tape anymore....no need for wired zap guns either.

The product doesn't have to be branded either. Dazer Laser name will not impact production or order potential. BB is likely being very selective in what type of channel gets this product. If it is military, home security or law enforcement (a good chance) the only marking needed is a model #. Dazer Laser is just a marketing handle.
