Pinnacle - 18%

Brian owns all the above.

Mack owns Sentinel Solar, LLC and has SRE registered as a trade name in Maryland.

Brian appointed Mack as CEO of pinnacle earlier this year.

TAKE Mack out of the picture for a second, his appointment as CEO and title of director muddy the waters a bit..

Question: Since Brian announced that Pinnacle merged with SRE, SC didn't he basically announce that he merged two of his OWN companies??
