I think you're wrong. First of all, you should be more worried with what SYNJ owns, which is all of Pinnacle, which owns an 18% interest in SRE S.C., Inc.

Mac owns the majority of SRE, SYNJ owns 0% of SRE. Does Brian own a piece of SRE? Don't know. It is a minority owned business, and as such receives certain "set asides" from the various levels of government. SRE would be reducing it's chances of winning a grant if that were to change. I feel certain that Mac applied for these grants as a minority owned business.

You can't take Mac out of the picture.
