mick, if we get the commission to review, IMO the price ramping up again while we wait is pretty likely.

I am waiting to see more of the ID. The ruling was no violation, therefore relating no infringement. I never saw confirmation of "not using". We're all convinced Nokia is using our IPR but can't understand the no infringement.
Somehow I'm leaning on the belief the Staff Atty swayed the Judge's thinking on this and because of the ESTI veil, found no violation and therefore no infringement. Got hope the ID will reveal the core premise for his decision. To me, it's the only way I can understand valid patents not being violated, in this specific situation (Nokia/IDCC).IMO
