Proof of no dilution? Why do you think they state "estimated" market cap? They take the most recent o/s number available (was June 30 apparently) and multiply by the latest day's share price. It's that simple. Doesn't mean there is or isn't ongoing dilution however. JMHO

This doesn't definitively say that they are admitting dilution. It could just be a poor choice of words.
