Correct.. I'm still trying to put together the D4 form filed. If DM has to file it when purchasing he must also if he's selling. IMO..

What, no dilution? O/S has definitely increased since June 30th. Have you not watched the massive dilution every day??

Pinksheets has O/S @ 21B on June 30th and there has easily been 10-20B more dilution since then.

This is NOT going to be pretty when the real numbers are released... that is why Dennis has gagged the TA.
