The customer service reps at Ameritrade are morons. You can sell at .0002 if a buyer meets your order. It doesn't have to be the bid.

You are right. You have every right to put a sell in @ 0.0002, whether it sells today or a month from now. Yes, you will have to get in line, though.

That's usually how it works.

Generally speaking, you cannot flip this stock unless the bid is at .0002 and the ASK is at .0003 (assuming you bought at .0001).
