I just sent a message to ameritrade and asked them why my sell order has not filled yet at .0002 and wanted to know what the pecking order is. They told me that they will submit my order only when the bid is at .0002

Is this how it works? So when people are buying at .0002 who are they buying from?

That doesnt seem right I have sold at the ask countless times.
