not necessarily, they can have the A/S lowered before the 10 is released. It is that easy.

They said the process has begun to reduce the A/S to ~900mm and O/S to ~500mm.

This will be the destination. They said nothing of the road - or process - to get there.

Cash they only lied if they don't do it by the end of the month. I they don't do it, or use what they did to get to NAZ then I am with you guy's. With that said I still feel were going to get a big squeeze :)
