Drew, I am not going to split hair with you about this, and I do respect what you say, but again thyey lied, if they knew of the increase then don't PR a decrease, no matter what road they take. thats lying and very shady.

the statement is as vague as all their other PRs.
It could mean they intend to do this reduction in 5 years.
There is no doubt they didnt think a 250 increase in AS was worthy of a PR, oddly enough.
