Mike..........thanks. I did not expect you to do a 3-analysis of the of the deposit. A little to much work unless they paid you real well.

The question about depth and the type of deposit UTST has was something I was looking for and have wondered if that kind of information had been released and I had missed it some where in the past.

It looks like it is a little too early for that kind of detail to be release.

May be, with drilling updates they will release more information as they themselves acquire it and get a better understanding what is underground. I guess that is the goal of getting the 43-101 and getting the Vanadium to proven resource status.

We will just have to wait some................but it looks like this has huge potential................plus they went there looking for gold originally. We don't know if they have even had a chance to follow up with that aspect.

I wish I knew more about Vanadium and what may be found along with it..................like silver and copper which are often found with gold. That sort of thing.

I will look at the URST web site again and see if there is some more information there that I may have missed that describes the type of deposite more

I did go to the companies web site and found a geological report on the three horses property that explains was is going on so far as they know.

http://www.uraniumstar.com/_resources/download/Three_Horses_Exploration_43-101_Report_2008.pdf

Somebody posted it last night and I was lead there by them. I missed it in the past, may be others have also. It is very good find. Really worth reading even thought it is very technical. This whole area is virgin ground for exploration since nothing has ever been done there with modern technology.

I think the diamond drilling of hot spots will help a lot and they could possibly find some deep deposits there. From the look of those black smokers. the white smokers and the VMS deposits.........You could find gold, silver , copper other rare earth minerals....

It appears to me that there has been a lot of weathering over time in what appears to be a old ocean floor. Then that has been eroded and been lifted/shifted over time. Looks like our Vanadium deposit could be deposited by weathering of the VMS areas.............that is my amateur guess.

Yet not all of it has been weathered.....so if you find the sources , the old black smokers and the VMS areas. They should be rich with all kinds of goodies................. Who knows how deep those could be? IMO.............those smokers are found deep in the ocean floor. Here is looks like this is a very old part of the ocean floor that has been exposed for easy pickings.

Take all this with a grain of salt..............since I took geology 35 years ago and only got a "B" grade...............:)

Also, it was mentioned that they originally found areas that had a Vanadium depth of 8.5 meters which is what prompted them to proceed with the trenching program since it was deep enough in that original sampling to warrant further exploration.

So far they have not told us more about the depths except in the form general estimate of 200 million tons............it seems to me that estimate could go much higher as they do more work.

this is fun.............IMO.
