All, Neo and others need to read Whizzers post. Those of you that think Nokia has no risk now are clueless. As whizzer said they just have to win one out of 16 to get a ban. IDCC is batting 100% with this comission on claims construction with this same Judge. So now IDCC needs to bat .006 (1/16) to get a ban. Do you think this is no risk for NOKIA? This crap about offers for $.10 is ridiculous. Nokia might be good at this game but they are not stupid. This is FAR from over. Please stop all the BS posts about this being in the bag for Nokia.
