Bim, I agree. I dont think Nokia is near as confident as they are going to sound over the next few months. There is still a huge decision coming in December and IDCC will layout any errors Luckern made in great detail for the comission. If this thing is reversed in Dec without a settlement, Nokia will be in huge trouble IMO. Also any partners that buy product from Nokia for the holiday season have to wait with the uncertainty. I am sure Nokia is going to have to make some calls to explain why they didnt settle even with this ruling. Now everyone including their customers have to wait and see what happens next with the potential of huge disruptions in their business.
