Nothing was said of Luckern's age (89 I believe)when he was perceived to be pro IDCC. Now, I wonder if any 89 year old judge could have the capacity to comprehend the complicated patent issues. Not trying to undermine the good judge, but most people his age suffer some lack of lucidity. I know this sounds like sour grapes, but I think it is a legitimate problem. Maybe the full commission will consider this issue. IMO
