Some of what you are saying is very true and this has been a long and hard road...I am quite aware of what has transpired from reading all the SEC documents and the PRs.....but I can assure you with nothing more than my integrity that sometimes, things can change and this is perhaps one of those defining moments....
Yes..the markets are the harbinger of good or bad news...but this turkey is not cooked yet.....there is both a possibility for great rewards and also for major losses....In my case, I will rather focus on the positive than the negative...this is however not a complete blank check to the management also....
and some check and balances have to be done....
Since the company has not issued its directives and has so far failed in tooting its own horn...and most of the PRs are lacking substance....we find ourselves talking to ourselves...!!!
I would however be very horrified, if the share holders are suddenly informed of a share holder meeting without explicit and detailed information about the spin off and what and how and every thing else that is associated with full public disclosure....I am sure the management is not trying to hide any thing !!!!
At that juncture... I am sure that a majority of share holders will take up this issue appropriately....
Meanwhile....I implore everyone here to be calm and not jump to premature conclusions...we are all in the same boat and rocking the boat only will lead to our own sinking.....
