How will the WMI (or anyone else) know that the documents JPM "produce" are accurate? What is the procedure to check on that?

Yes, I know that if they fake any document they will be even in deeper trouble. However, if they are already in trouble then they may very well to choose to do that.

I have a feeling the motion for the 4B will be grated this 24th. whats going on right now is the Pure phase of Forbearance and nothing more - JPM is discussing the amount for settlement and how to sugar coat the whole news.
