GOBLUE (?) That's what I think. The attorney's are probably advising both to settle (even though it will mean an end to their gravy train in the form of attorney fees).

This is one time I am glad that IDCC is located in the Eastern Time Zone and we live in the Midwest. It means a 1 hour difference in my mind as to when we will know whether there is a settlement.

I would not allow any further delay by Nokia, they have proven themselves as not trustworthy IMO
