imo, whenever TM got the filings up to date before the DTC/DTCC has always denied him clearing services, and this might be why he hasn't brought the latest ones up to date, he wants a guarantee of clearing, from his email awhile back it looks as though he is waiting for the new Nasdaq OMX Group to open up in Q4 and he could get clearing then, imo.
At that point with this delisting reprieve, the stock could trade if he got current with the filings, and we'd all be happier~

....I believe.... there ARE NO HOOPS that TM can jump through, that will make the DTCC release BCIT from the lock....save one...which is to issue as many shares as it takes to the DTCC to 'balance the books'. That is the ONLY way, short of an order in court, or an act of congress, that this will be released for clearing. ( I wonder if legal pressure on all brokers could force them to trade ex-clearing...they have that option ).

Legal...where have I seen that suggestion before when it comes to fixing BCIT trading?
