IMO post of the year. "The stock needs clearing services and up to date filings, then the 203 could be issued and the mess would be cleaned up."

that is exactly what needs to happen even before ANYTHING can be done here IMO. Megas needs to get his books in order before sending investors on a wild goose chase to help him do the job HE SHOULD BE DOING. He had enough money to SUE us all, so let him dig deeper and get his CHIT SQUARED. PERIOD! It's his company. If he cares to get it trading again he will do what needs to be done. I have no idea why he refuses to get his filings in order
