BV will increase if sales for Jul are good. The book value has been increasing between 20-30 million a month since BK. The other item I would mention is that Market Value can be higher than BV. This can and does occur and stocks with higher MV creat a higher multiple on BV for the stock.
Look a building/equipment may be depreciated over a period of time but that item is still in use for years afterward.(see Disney theme parks) I do not know how patents are viewed from an assest side but their market value could be HUGE - (Mickey Mouse comes to mind, copyrighted 1928 and still making a ton of money every year.)
I have stated before, the tax accrued losses are very large and CEMJQ does not list that as an asset or as part of BV. When CEMJQ comes out of BK, that Tax benefit will make a ton of money extra for the company.
BV is important but do not put all your faith in that number as MV can be just as important.
