Actually, they "intend" to file the applicaion. They haven't submitted the application, have they?
We lost bid, and I'm not sure what kind of "BIG" PR will bring this back to .0002. One thing I'm sure that Dennis did not expect to lose the bid so quickly. RIght now, DM is probably worried about how to pay out the salaries, including his own $10,000 bi-weekly check. We will, IMO, get a "BIG" PR very soon that will bring back some investor confidence. Hope next PR will introduce how to achieve his big plans instead of another usual empty plan.
