Summary of Financials (pessimistic version);

EVFL did not have revenue coming in, did not have inventories, and did not have anything that produces any value until the end of Mar, 2009. Nobody knows how they could show $194,000 profit at the end of 1st quarter without any revenue. Of course $194,000 has to have come from somewhere, but it's just that nobody knows where that came from. (probably from accounting techniques???)

Somehow EVFL has figured out that "distributing" biofuel has a better future (?) than "producing" biofuels. SO it changed its business focus.

EVFL's primary source of capital is selling shares in the market. So if you want to complain about dilution, better do it now than after you see massive dilutions.
