Liability reasons are why an individual gets incorporated in the first place. Not so sure about the suing of an individual in a corp.
Didn't Mark Murphy say they were trying to negotiate a deal of some kind out of court so that this conflict between wow & co. can be solved ? Jared , having shown a little muscle by filing , has shown Allie that wow has to man up to its obligations and that EESO wasn't going to be overun or bluffed so easily.
Really belive this will be settled soon out of court.
