You are right Jared is EESO and the deal was between Jared and WOWGREEN but for paycheck reasons and to buypass EESO account if the invoices are paid the checks from WOWGREEN are made out to Jared... JARED IS A SLICK0-O-FELLA. But to fight the lawsuit Jared will use YOUR money to defend his ARSS and you the shareholder will get nothing.. He's a nice guy huh??
