Elder...I just find it very difficult to believe that Mr.
Goldberg would appoint someone to the board of directors
without a thorough investigation of that individual and if
this was done, he would know that Ray is a lowlife that has
betrayed relatives, friends and all shareholders. So, this
calls the question: What does Ray bring to IDOI that is of
value. Lily Beter? The string of lenders that absolutely
fleeced RSMI? A suggested call to the CEO would go like
this: Since Ray Willenberg has a track record of no successes,
and has totally destroyed shareholder value in RSMI, what,
of value, is he bringing to IDOI? Prior to calling the CEO,
look at a 10 yr chart of RSMI and read random posts on the
RSMI board from the last 2-3 yrs.
