This is not true. Wave is an "accelerated filer" which means they have 40 days after the end of the quarter to file the 10Q. Monday is the first business day after the 40 day deadline. If they waited until Friday, they would not be in compliance with SEC regulations.

"Announcing on Monday tells me the numbers are good. If they were bad, they would announce on the 14th."

Since a 40 day limit to report was brought up,
bad news might have been reported Friday 8-7-09?!

Hope we have a good week and if CFBE is not there,
I sure hope good guidence is presented, for present
and future quarters.

Thanks all for the replies & thoughts.

It seemed like a good time to add some more...

- close to having a p/e at last
- possibly no more private placements
- an impending deal with large systems integrator
- government progress
- ISO
- SSD/SED adoption driving TPM turn-on rate

I've also backed up my opinion with shares, because I think the sub $1 days are close to history.
