I think you're right about the pre .0001 thing. Aprice that low brings in a lot of risk takers. I think 300 million is a waaaaaaayyyyy lowball as people are picking up more and more even at .0002. Just on the count I have from 5 of us I'm already over 30 million. I think some people might shy away from putting up their real names on a public board, and we all know each other by our handles anyway. That is probably the best way to go with it IMO.
