I am depending on the term interlocutory judgement. Yes, I see where she has signed the settlement and she is willing to give Mr. Stamper his day in court which I am hoping will make a difference. In the interim in my opinion the interlocutory judgement puts the sale of the properties up in the air because if Mr. Stamper prevails title may pose a problem to the new buyer. It seems the auction process and what it nets may be crucial. This is just my opinion please remember I am not a lawyer.
I think in another camp folks are contending she has signed it so the .15 cents is ours and whatever the property brings. It seems the auction process and what it nets may be crucial. The auction may be open to an appeals process. I think this is what they are saying but I am not sure.
