Agreed, I now (have added a bit) have an average price of around the .15 mark,so I will hold until the conclusion.There is a little disclaimer in the ruling that says the settlement funds will be held up under any appeals. Those who wanted to take a tax loss would then lose patience holding and sell before the final agreement is funded.I am truly sorry for those who are in at much higher prices.I know Gordon bet the ranch on this and hope he got his average price down.
