this looks like a 90/10 agreement. I don't know contracts but from reading this, ECO's hand are seemingly tied while WOW can just "freee Stroke" ECO and its products.

IMO, this looks like a condition of purchase (buyout) of ECO by WOW.

People, Please read the agreement and comment. this is DD that cannot be reduted. WE can all draw conclusions and discuss.

what i see is WOW saying "jump" and ECO saying "how high?"
