no... the front end of the report can, and has historically, mentioned very timely events...

i would certainly hope that the 10k reports 500mm or less.

I am not sure what you mean it is past the 10k deadline...

But the share count the company has given always is current as of the date filed...

thus we should see the OS as per the numbers on AUG 28th... no 5\31\09

the nice thing is then after this is all put through, we get another 10q a little over a month later... no more waiting 90 days after the q has ended...

so I expect this next 10k and subsequent 10q to be a very interesting time... a time in which no one short will be able to argue with what is really going on...
