Understand that IAHL was sued for what Rockford Montgomery did even though it didn't participate. The argument was future uses of the WWE trademark. I'd guess, but I am not sure, that IAHL just simply agreed that they'd not use said logo without licensing.
maybe some of the loose ends that had to be tied up before they moved forward and released anything..very positive though..good dd ..at least we know that it is a non-issue now...
