Badtrader: Under the current financing environment, if we were to win the lawsuit with Scanbuy then YA would most likely convert a massive number of shares and sell them into the frenzy - that would dampen your ability to realize the profits you're looking for.

Neom has let Scanbuy fester for so long, and become cancerous .. they should of finished off these guys of years ago and went aggressive , even in April they blew it. had a closd meeting for what, to say they where going to fast track the case. Seems scanbuy is outsmarting Neom and getting contracts , while Neom with it ecosystem (infrustructure) has produced zero revenue has far has what has been annouced to shareholders.

Trust is earned and when earned , companies are rewarded..

when (YA) sells shares =No trust or faith of higher PPS to me equals no trust in management.


Until Trust is reestablished , charts or no charts they can be mannipulated and are. Just when all indictors point higher.. Bang we get smashed with more dilution ..
