My gut tells me we well have more lic contracts before the 5 to 7 weeks. I think IM gave himself wiggle room and well sign others before his dead line. Charts help on this stock for buying in but sucks for the time to sell with the dilution charts can't anticipate dilution. Last Tue. charts said over sold I held on only for the interview.
