At that rate...we just need around $2000 per shareholder to pay for the Series C. This financing is sooo out of scale in shares terms.

All the best,

I think that at this point in time the only way that we can make YA sit up and take notice to us is a HUGE ( no pun intended) lawsuit brought against them by a very smart, aggresive and competent law firm.

They have shown their UTTER CONTEMPT for us by their actions.... Off to work. :)

PS.. hd would love to know if your thinking that MSFT will get involved is anything more than a "gut feeling".
My son graduates into the "gun club" and gets commisioned this WE. Thanks in advance!

How about share holders getting together to sue Scanbuy the infringement of the patients are more of a problem than YA. In my opinion.

Hope that would be enough to finance legal proceedings. Claw made it sound much more expensive than that. Maybe he wasn't considering all 13000 of us being in on it though. Anyway, I hate having to even think about doing that. This should be a much better scenario right now and it stinks that it isn't because of reasons that relate to our financing as well as management. The support of shareholders over the years has been good. Most just were hoping for a fair deal and knew the risks of a start-up, penney stock company. It's now gotten a whole lot riskier because of all the reasons stated over and over. I think the most positive of us is starting to show the wear and tear of being invested in NEOM. Plus it doesn't help to see other companies beginning to move forward and here we sit. Oh well, maybe things will happen to turn this around yet. Who knows? That's the mantra of NEOM investors. Cj
