This appears to be a big problem for Wow,and maybe Bill White.What we dont know is,what else is EESO asking for???It wouldnt be in Wow or ESSOs favor to cause Wow to stop selling products,but,EESO can dictate the outcome of this,if the ruling is in their favor,which from what is on those pages looks like a sure thing.Then Bill White,has his name there for all to see,as someone who gave away trade secrets and violated a confidentiality agreement,what if EESO decides to take action against him???If they have proof of that,which may be why or at least part of the reason the court wants to see the computer,which will include the hard drive(oh,oh).I think EESO is sitting in the drivers seat here,and can do some serious damage to Bill White,and maybe put the ka-boom to his new company.
