jared was in a den of thieves, while only being a mere small time punk shoplifter. jared was played like a fiddle by white, stern and allie. lets not forget the bs financials he produced and fake buyout. i will research the other side of the case.

I think Wowgreen is going to say something different in their counter complaint. So, like someone said the truth will probably be somewhere in the middle. Let's see both sides before letting anyone off the hook. But right now it looks like OWEN and WHITE kind of killed any deals if they stole formulas.

For those who wants to do a complete search of Both Malard and Zimmeman past history they may just discover that they both have a bit of a shady past.

I can kind of remember some not so flattering stuff re Zimmerman from Internet Marketing days.

In my personal opinion based upon the past few years those two care nothing about anyone or anything but creating personal wealth and it does not matter how many small fish get cooked in the process.
