sorry for the long delay. I actually stepped away to do some real work. I shouldn't have left that offer on the table and then walk away. LOL.

It is from an Apollo Drilling filing. Another of DM's involved company. How, ironic, Exxon. LOL! I just had to share that. Oh, and Apollo Drilling did a f/s after the merger to. EVFL(formerly Meadow then Earth) did one too. Although Powerball did do a r/s b4 the merger. No f/s happened afterward to my knowlegde.
