I called the campany working on the web site for softnet today and was told that softnet is still in business. The company working on this web site is "Mykreative" and the web site is softnettc.com/. I agree with you we need to stay in the game. Also if you can go to the july 18, 2009 post# 3130 there is alot of different web sites in regard to softnet.
SOFN is a real company for sure(or was) with revenues...we just don't know the numbers given they have not filed 10K also we won't know exactly what we have here in Softnet until they unveil their web-site and reveal their plans and prospects, it's apparent to me the company wasn't being paid for all services rendered therefore no money to continue to carry through with audit as they may have also saw the need to re-organize and clean-up partnerships by getting rid of the low-margin non-paying accounts and now perhaps the company will focus more directly with those services that will generate a more reliable source of revs. and margins.
