SOFN is a real company for sure(or was) with revenues...we just don't know the numbers given they have not filed 10K also we won't know exactly what we have here in Softnet until they unveil their web-site and reveal their plans and prospects, it's apparent to me the company wasn't being paid for all services rendered therefore no money to continue to carry through with audit as they may have also saw the need to re-organize and clean-up partnerships by getting rid of the low-margin non-paying accounts and now perhaps the company will focus more directly with those services that will generate a more reliable source of revs. and margins.
