I'm still amazed at how many people live so much closer to cprk, then I do and haven't checked them out first hand? Why? You can say I have millions of shares also, but AFTER I looked at the goods! I'm sure everyone has reasons not to go but it is only a few hours for some, couple of days for others, and in my case it was a 6 day round trip. If more people went there I think we would get more of an all around feel for everthing. Since different investors ask different questions? Just a thought.

Gentlemen,
What good would it be to certify the books without revenue.
Lenders look at the ability to repay the credit facility.
We can go back and forth about regulation, however it's all for not at this jucture unless this company generates revenue.
#1 reason for failure is cash flow. Has this company set aside capital for their intial burn rate? What is their projected burn rate ? What is their plan ? Lot's of uncomfirmed rumors about this company's cash flow. I hope they have a plan in place. Do they even have the capital for their intial burn rate to get to full revenue production. I would like to hear some reassuring dialogue on this topic. Is this company out of cash ?

That we are running short of cash is the old dynamic. The new evidence is that we have cash to start the auditing practice. We have cash. It came from somewhere recently. Dilution appears to have stopped June 6, according to Nate. We have concentrate appearing in the bin. There is a strong argument that we have had a cash infusion from the buyer, and that we are very close to shipping con to them. May have shipped already. Like Trueblue, this week or next week I expect to hear that train whistle blowing.
