Look I am a cautiously optimistic investor here. I have many millions of shares that I own in my personal accounts plus several of my business entities.
But I understand CPRK is running short of cash. Yes I would always agree an independantly audited set of books is the "GOLD STANDARD". This is not to say it is always 100% accurate but it is as good as the auditing companies reputation. Hire a AAA+++ auditor and ratings usually follow a positive audit with no red flags. (Yellow are correctable and to be worked on.)
Short of cash and cannot get loans? The only way to produce cash without saleable goods is to sell stock. Why sell stock and not go ahead with OTCBB/PK Compliance to buoy the price to get the most income from those sales?
